Congratulations to Sally Aston who recently completed the Arizona Ironman Triathlon!! Sally finished the race in under 11 hours and raised over $600 for the children of Hope for the Hopeless. We cannot express our appreciation in words!

Ironman Triathlon Fundraiser for Hope for the Hopeless

Hope for the Hopeless supporter Sally Aston will be competing in the Ironman Arizona on November 22nd, 2009. This triathlon is comprised of a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike and 26.2 mile run. This will be her first Ironman race and she is asking friends and family to sponsor her. She has been putting in countless hours on the road and in the pool.
