I am so happy to be back home with my family after such a long time apart. I was blessed to be in Ethiopia for over a week and with my Hope family. I love each child and staff member so much, and can't tell you how genuinely they all appreciate all of your prayers and financial support from America. They send you a big thanks.
The agriculture project is nearly double in size, thanks to the generous donation given by one sponsor last month! Thank you for your contribution.
The school is also rapidly progressing. The walls are all up and it is ready to receive the roof. Some wind storms created damage to the block walls, which had to be repaired, costing time and money. We are hoping to have enough funds to complete the roof before rainy season begins in June. This should prevent any further damage.
The children have been blessed by many visitors lately. The team from Maine visited. Then guests from California. And most recently, I, Brooke Fremouw, visited. The children are inspired and loved by visitors and they truly appreciate the time and attention. Won't you consider joining us in 2012 for a sponsor trip??
Please keep your eyes open on your email inbox for the May Newsletter, set to be out next week. We will have photos and stories to encourage you as the summer approaches.
Thank you again for you prayers and financial giving. God bless.
