Character of Affairs
- Reduce and mitigate the effects of abject poverty of children living in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and surrounding town whose parents are HIV positive, or whose parents have died of AIDS, famine or war.
- Provide transitional and institutional care for orphans and street children
- Find foster parents in Ethiopia for orphans and street children
- Promote the involvement of individuals and other charitable organizations in the care of orphans and street children in Ethiopia
- Conduct prevention education on HIV/AIDS among adult/poverty population in Ethiopia
